“Universal” belt conveyors
The three types differ in their capacity, due to their different working width.
They offer an excellent solution for piling grains, wood shavings, briquettes, stone, gravel, coal, etc. and goods in pieces.
In industrial material handling, we recommend them for:
- vegetable oil, paper, sugar and fertiliser processing plants
- bioethanol and biodiesel plants
- waste separation plants
- bulk construction materials
- stone quarries
In agriculture, they are used mostly for:
- loading trucks, barges, and wagons
- loading grains into silos.
Thanks to their mobile design, these belt conveyors can be moved quickly from one deployment location to another. This way, sites with several storage buildings only need to purchase one belt conveyor to fill all of them, thus minimising the costs of material handling.
- The basic T-428A models are available with lengths of 7.5 / 10.0 / 12.5 / 15.0 / 17.5 / 20.0 m, with a capacity ranging between 50 – 150 tonnes/h (for cereal grains), and a 650 mm wide PVC / rubber belt. All models feature motorised adjustment of their inclination.
- The basic T-429A models are available with lengths of 7.5 / 10.0 / 12.5 / 15.0 / 17.5 / 20.0 m, with a capacity ranging between 150 – 250 tonnes/h (for cereal grains), and an 800 mm wide PVC / rubber belt. All models feature motorised adjustment of their inclination.
- The basic T-430A models are available with lengths of 7.5 / 10.0 / 12.5 / 15.0 / 17.5 / 20.0 m, with a capacity ranging between 200-300 tonnes/h (for cereal grains), and a 1,000 mm wide PVC / rubber belt. All models feature motorised adjustment of their inclination.
Taking custom requirements into consideration, we can also produce these models for transporting fertiliser or in self-propelled versions.
If necessary, we can equip our models with the following:
- tarpaulin or galvanised steel cover,
- special belt,
- frequency converter,
- discharge funnel,
- anti-reverse rotation device.
