“Loader belt conveyor for grains”
These types differ from the monobloc (Type A) mobile belt conveyors with steel frame in the addition of a 4-metre-long ”catapult” section. This belt section moves rapidly right and left to pile cereal grains higher, allowing better utilisation of the storage capacity of the silo. The speed of the catapult belt can be regulated between 3.0 and 5.0 m/s with a frequency converter. The capacity of the basic version is 100 tonnes/h, but upon request we can also produce a version with a capacity of 150 tonnes/h.
- Thanks to its mobility, it can be relocated quickly from one silo to another, enabling the use of a single belt conveyor for loading within a site.
- All models feature motorised adjustment of their inclination.
- For filling long silos, we recommend our self-propelled model.
- Upon request, we will equip them with a tarpaulin, galvanised steel cover, or a produce protector (sprayer).
