The extra high-capacity T-207 mobile hopper can be used to receive grains from transport vehicles.
This hopper is of a monobloc design, meaning that a single belt runs in the hopper section and in the inclined feeding section, which prevents produce from scattering.
It can be ordered with a PVC or rubber belt of 850 mm width with triple textile layer, waved edges and fast drum motor, with a 3.5, 6.5 or 9.5 m long hopper section.
The feed height of the hopper is 650 mm, its discharge height is 1,500 mm. Its side wall can be adjusted in three steps, which facilitates loading tasks. Thanks to its mobility, it can be relocated quickly between deployment locations.
The high waved edge of the belt and the belt speed of 3.15 m/s together increase the capacity of the hopper, which can thus achieve a throughput of 150 tonnes/h.
We recommend it for ports and rail transfer stations, where a high material handling capacity is a must.
