For the belt conveyors produced by our company we can provide most rollers and wheels from stock. Other products are provided with a short turnaround.
For rollers, we can also satisfy individual requirements – for this, please provide the following parameters:
- diameter
- surface length
- diameter/length of shaft
- shaft end design
- surface material/treatment
- other, special requirements
As a default, our rollers are made with plastic bearing blocks, but we can also produce them with metal bearing blocks upon request.
As for wheels, we can provide nearly all products for the belt conveyors and hoppers produced by our company from stock. Other wheels and rollers are provided with a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.
We can provide the following, among others:
- wheels with solid rubber tyres and deep drawn rim, in deep drawn steel swivel housing
- heavy-duty cast iron wheels in swivel housing – also available with brakes
- heavy-duty wheels with solid rubber tyres in swivel housing
- plastic wheels – with bearing, in deep drawn steel fixed or swivel housing
- heat-resistant wheels
- aluminium wheels
- gate rollers
- profile rollers
Note that for rope sheaves we can only provide parts for belt conveyors produced by our company.
Products ordered can be collected from our site during business hours, but we can also deliver them through our partners, in which case the cost of shipping will depend on their dimensions and weight.
