Bucket Elevators

AFX Bucket Elevators

Bucket elevators are used primarily for the vertical transport of agricultural grains, but to a limited extent they are also suitable for transporting other bulk goods. They can also be ordered with a painted or hot-dip galvanised surface.

Hot-dip galvanising gives the bent and welded thick-walled structure extremely high strength and weather resistance. The thickness of the galvanised layer exceeds 50 microns over the entire surface.

All bucket elevators are driven by a (slip-on) geared motor, which can be fitted on any side. The anti-reverse rotation device is located opposite the motor.

The belt is usually made from rubber, but different materials are also available.

Buckets can be made from deep-drawn and welded steel of various grades, or from various plastics. Metal buckets can also be coated with Teflon.

For fastening the buckets, we use elevator bolts. The belt is tensioned with a lead screw.

The user must install an emergency stop button on these units, but the contact sensors that signal the belt running off track are factory installed.

The machine can also be ordered with a platform on 3 or 4 sides and a ladder.

Our offering includes products of both Hungarian and foreign partners.
