We mainly distribute German-made auger spirals and auger flights, available in various dimensions and material grades.

Auger flights are manufactured to size, with external diameter between 30-3,000 mm and material thickness between 2-40 mm. Flights can be ordered from various material grades, with freely chosen pitch.

Auger spirals are “rolled” from a single piece. It must be noted that during rolling the wall thickness at the shaft hole is twice that of the external edges. The customary length of the auger spiral is approx. 3,000 mm. Spirals are available in the following material grades: S235JRG, S335JRG3 and 1.4301 stainless steel, with right or left pitch.

The belt conveyors with aluminium frame of the T-099/100 and T-200 type families can be used for transporting bulk, piece, or packaged goods.

• They offer an excellent solution for the indoor or outdoor transport of grains, fruits, vegetables, and other industrial and agricultural (e.g. bagged or boxed) products.
• Depending on its design and material, the belt can be used for horizontal or inclined transport, with a maximum pitch of 40˚.
• The conveyor is made from easy-to-clean and corrosion-resistant materials.
• Its light frame enables a wide range of installation options.
• Basic models cannot be used for transporting or loading foodstuffs intended directly for human consumption; in the food industry, only the version featuring a white belt with food grade coating can be used.
• Furthermore, the belt conveyor cannot be used for transporting or loading flammable, explosive, corrosive, acidic, alkaline, or sticky products.
• The belt conveyor can be ordered with various hoppers, rain cover, bird mesh, and with or without edges. With these accessories, it can also be used outdoors.
• Upon request, for transporting materials that can scatter, the conveyor can also be fitted with a troughed belt running on rollers.

Type B belt conveyors (AB, BC, ABC)

Conveyor systems are used for filling horizontal silos. The meaning of the conveyors marked A, B, C is as follows:

• Conveyor A – the conveyor that transports the produce to conveyor B, which is installed in the silo (this could be a belt conveyor, bucket elevator, or chain conveyor).
• Conveyor B – the conveyor installed along the longitudinal axis of the silo. It moves backwards and forwards along a track, as it is half the length of the silo, and can transport produce in both directions (this may only be a belt conveyor).
• Conveyor C – the conveyor installed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the silo, on a track equipped with driven rollers on both ends. The conveyor, too, moves in both directions along the track, as does the belt. Conveyor B discharges the produce onto this conveyor.

With the above system the constant horizontal load level of silos, the separate filling of silo boxes, and automatic filling can all be achieved.

These belt conveyors, which can also be fastened to A-frame or barrel roofs, employ a motorised discharge car, which moves along the belt and discharges the material continuously on both sides. Thanks to its low weight, the aluminium frame exerts only minor stress on the roof structure of the silo. It also ensures corrosion resistance, and therefore a long service life. The tare weight of the equipment, together with the transported produce, is approx. 60-100 kg / linear metre.

The belt conveyor can be of any length, according to the size of the silo. Depending on the required capacity, they are available in versions with a capacity between 50 and 200 tonnes/h, a belt width of 400 mm, 500 mm, 650 mm or 800 mm, and with any length.

In practice, usually 20-90-metre-long loader belts are installed. The basic version features a PVC belt with a visibly rough surface and double fabric layer, but we can also install versions with a rubber belt if required.

We recommend these models primarily for ports, contract storage, feed mixing and livestock sites, as well as agricultural storage facilities equipped with a dryer. In silos whose geometry does not allow filling them completely, we recommend installing a cross belt version, while for extra wide silos we recommend installing twin belts.

Upon request, we will draw up a layout drawing for loading and a preliminary offer based on data provision (design documentation or building dimensions).

• We sell two brands of drum motors: Rulmeca and LAT.
• These highly efficient motors are fully enclosed and resistant to dust, water, oil, and other harmful substances. They are virtually maintenance-free. Drum motors can be ordered with a rubberised surface and an anti-reverse rotation device or brakes.
• Upon request, we can also procure parts for the drum motors we distribute. For this, we will need the serial number and production year indicated on the rating plate of the drum motor.
• For our own products, we will replace electric motors and drives in the event of a malfunction, or can provide assistance with finding a solution.

Buckets can be made from steel or plastic of various material grades.

Steel buckets may be welded or deep drawn, made from stainless steel or coated in Teflon. They are produced with various wall thicknesses, with extra reinforcement for certain types. As a default, buckets feature concave holes.

Plastic buckets can be made from various materials, in various grades and sizes. They are also available in an antistatic version, of which we can issue a certificate.

The most common materials are:

• HDPE = high-density polyethylene, with high tensile strength. It is an excellent insulator, with low permeability to steam and gases. Good frost resistance (down to approx. -80 °C). Heat-resistant up to 60 °C. Excellent resistance to chemicals and resistance to all solvents at room temperature. It is resistant to diluted acid and alkaline solutions; concentrated acids (primarily nitric acid) will damage it at higher temperatures.
• Nylon: thermoplastic, with high tensile strength, and abrasion-resistant. Nylon has a good resistance to chemicals: it is only damaged by hot and concentrated acids and alkalis, with no reaction to organic solvents. Heat-resistant up to 90 °C.
• PU: hard, heavy-duty, and flexible with high tensile strength, abrasion-, shock-, water-, oil- and grease-resistant. Good electrical insulator, resistant to extreme temperatures, as well as to mould, mildew and fungi.
• Zytel: shock-resistant, glass fibre reinforced polyamide.

Certain basic types are sold with boreholes, others without – the latter can also be ordered with boreholes, if needed.
