Belt conveyors – of which the belt is a crucial element – are widespread in the areas of manufacturing, processing, agriculture, commerce and transport. We distribute products of several manufacturers, which guarantees that we will find the ideal conveyor belt for you and can satisfy any need.
In terms of their material, belts can be made from rubber, PVC, PU, Teflon or other special materials. Their surface may be flat, waved edge, ribbed, cleated, or structured, with a troughed or cross rigid design. They can be used on roller or slider bed conveyors.
For special requirements, belts can be made:
- abrasion-resistant
- moderately oil-resistant (suitable for transporting materials contaminated with or containing vegetable oils or animal fats)
- highly oil-resistant (suitable for transporting materials contaminated with or containing mineral oils)
- food grade (FDA certification)
- heat-resistant (for the continuous transport of materials with a temperature of up to 180 °C)
- flame-resistant (recommended for flammable or explosive transport environments)
- cut-resistant
- suitable for wet environments
- resistant to chemicals
Belts can be ordered in endless or open versions or fitted with splicers. We also distribute splicers separately, for belts with various thicknesses.
Products ordered can be collected from our site during business hours, but we can also deliver them through our partners, in which case the cost of shipping will depend on their dimensions and weight.
We can splice belts on site and can also carry out the preliminary site survey, if necessary.
